The elephant is native to Africa. There are only 450,00 of them. That may seem like they are not close to extinction. We need to stop taking them for their tuskes and trunks.The Red Wolf is taken for its fur and tail. The Red Wolf is on the brink. There are only 17 Red Wolf species in the world. The Red Wolf is native to North America.The Javan rhinoceros is very special, they live on the Javan Island. There are currently 75 Javan Rhinoceros. The Javan Rhinoceros is native to Asia. We should stop taking their tusks and their meat.The Blue Whale is native to Antartica. There are only 15,000 Blue Whales left. We need to stop takin gthem for their meat.The Koala is native to Australia. There ar 50,000 Koalas. We need to stop taking the Koala’s from their home and stop taking the forest down. The forest is their home.Today, there are only 173,00 Jaguars left. The Jaguar is a very precious animal, the Jaguar is not an endangered specias at the moment but they are very close. The Jaguar’s home (the forest) is geeting taken down! People have been taking their home away from then, we are supposed to be helpng them not hurting them.Chose and animal basket.Chose a token and match it to the animal on the board to learn more about the animal.LEAVE OUR ANIMALS ALONE There are seven continents. I have chosen one animal from each continent to talk about. These animals are in dancer and we need to save them. We are not supposed to be responsible for thei extinction.
