This is the fresnel lens. It is very important to our oven!

We used plexiglass for the cover of our oven! We painted the oven to match our french theme!

Main course: 4 cheese mac and cheese with sliced precooked sausage and fresh scallions

Dessert: Chocolate dipped strawberries and strawberry cobbler

Great Fresnel lens design, which is always helpful for cooking. Good use of insulating materials.
