I made this piece to show how using green energy will lead to a brighter tomorrow. I used digital art to give the piece texture and depth, allowing for a range of colors that expresses the excitement of a new day. I used the brush I selected frequently because of the similarities it had to leaves, showing that everything we use can be traced back to nature. I, Shayna Culumber, created the piece on my own. I used previous years submissions as inspiration, seeing how others used colors and subjects to be inspired by art.
